Entire economics is now revolving around safety of manufacturing sites. Strong operating results and financial performance are very important to the health of business. We believe that strong safety performance can only have strong financial balance sheets.
From an environmental standpoint, we put emphasis on creating a systematic approach to complying with environmental regulations, such as managing waste or air emissions all the way to helping site’s reduce the company’s carbon footprint
From a safety standpoint, we accentuate on creating organized efforts and procedures for identifying workplace hazards and reducing accidents and exposure to harmful situations and substances which also includes training of personnel in accident prevention, accident response, emergency preparedness, and use of PPEs.
Company has Health, Safety and Environment Policy (HSE Policy) which governs all the activities to ensure safe and healthy workplace for its employees and the community. Performance against HSE Policy objectives and Targets are being reviewed periodically.
Our initiatives of ‘Responsible Care’ ‘Safety Song’, ‘Training programs’ and ‘Monthly Safety Performance Evaluation’ are first few steps to culminate a culture for improving safety at site.
